No. Your content is only used to create your results. Neither MyLens nor our AI partners train models on what you upload or create.
Only you and the members of your workspace. Your files are private by default. The one exception is images you add to stories you choose to share — those need to be visible so people you share with can see them.
Yes. From Account Settings you can export a ZIP of your data or permanently delete your account. For other data-subject requests, email privacy@mylens.ai.
Your data is stored securely in Amazon Web Services data centers in the United States, and it is always encrypted.
No. Payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment companies. Your card details never reach MyLens.
